I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a few streets away from the city center, making it easy to explore everything Puebla has to offer. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms on the first floor were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
The only minor drawback was the lack of a window in the room, but it didn't bother me too much.
